Did anyone try tests from Kaplan’s math 2 book? How it’s difficulty level compared to others?

I have the book, and I frankly think its not possible to get above 700 by using it solely. The basic concepts are explained well, but thats about it.
The tests are relative easy, I got 800 in one of them but only managed 680 from Barron’s.
