Anyone know how good they are?

I only saw one practice test from that book, and in my opinion they are a bit too easy.

Yeah. they're not good.

K - thanks, I got the Princeton one's...

...or Barrons.

lol barrons wasn't on sale...

Its more accurate to compare companies by a particular subject. The author of each book has alot to do with its quality. However, if you're just comparing the practice tests, and not the lessons, it's fair to compare accross subjects. Kaplan = little too easy, PR = pretty accurate, Barrons = ??. I've only used barrons for Match IIC, and it was ridiculously innacurate (too hard). I'm gonna assume all their SAT II books aren't that far off.

The first time I used only PrincetonReview. It is a great book because on one hand it is really well written and easy to use and on the other it is realistic if you are taking only Math IC. If you are taking Math IIC though it is too easy and you won
t be well prepared if you don
t use additional sources. Example : I took both tests on the same day and I scored Math IC 770 and Math IIC 680... There were really things that I was not prepared for on the IIC.
Now I am retaking the IIC and I
m using the barrons 2c book. It is abnormally hard! I don
t remember that there were any such questions on the test....... i guess they are trying to give the hardest stuff so that all problems seem easy when you sit the exam. I don
t know if it is effective though. My exam is on Saturday.... I
ll tell you later.
