Keeping in touch with Spanish

Hi!
I really like learning Spanish, as I love to learn new languages. At my old school, progression for Spanish was 1, 2, 3, 4/5 (could be taken in one year), and then AP Spanish. At my new school it is 1, 2, 3, AP Spanish. I took my old school’s Spanish 3, and the correct placement for me at my new school is Spanish 3 (since the class at my new school is a much higher level). However, my new school says that they will not allow me to take Spanish 3 since they do not want to have a class written twice on my transcript. They placed me into AP Spanish, a class that I am not ready for (since I was supposed to take 1 more year before being ready), and subsequently I had to drop Spanish while choosing courses for this year. I am a junior and this is my first year at my new school. They will, however, allow me to take a Dual Credit Spanish 3 over the summer, and then I can take AP Spanish senior year should I choose to. I want to do this, but I know that I will forget whatever Spanish I have learned during the school year (when I am not taking Spanish). I have a very busy junior year courseload, so I hoped you guys could provide some time effective ideas as to how I could practice my Spanish (like maybe in the car or something). Do you guys know any resources that I could use to practice?
