Daughter heard from IUB today that she is direct admit to Kelley and also received an invitation to joint Hutton Honors College. I’ve seen in other threads references to “Kelley Honors”. Is that the same as being in Kelly and HHC? What does that combination of Kelley and HHC mean.
No, Kelley Honors is a completely different program. Unless she is in the ACE Program, she will have to apply to the Business Honors program at the end of her freshman year. I’m not sure if they have started inviting people to apply for the ACE program this year though. Being in Kelley and the HHC doesn’t really “mean” anything, she would just have the benefits of both programs and could take honors Kelley classes as a freshman.

I was accepted to IUB and have the credentials for Hutton Honors College. I was also invited to apply for the SSA. I’m curious RickinCincy, how was your daughter notified that she was a direct admit to Hutton? Would you happen to know where I could check if I was accepted to the program?

If in you’ll get a nice color packet in the mail. Mine came about 2 weeks after the Kelly DA letter.
Oh, okay. Thanks! I just wanted to make sure I hadn’t messed up anything in the application that would have them not notify me… Like if I had to check a box that I somehow missed.
