Kelley Applying Regular Decision. How screwed am I?

Hi
I’m a high school senior applying to the Kelley School of business regular decision. I didn’t apply Early so I know I’m screwed. I’m Out of State too.

I have a 1540/3.76(11APS) so I don’t qualify for direct admission so I’ll need to petition?
I’m pretty sure I missed all of the good scholarships too.

Can someone tell me if Kelley with a good scholarship is still possible? I was accepted to UMich OOS and want a backup in case I don’t get Ross.

Thanks!

You’ll need to petition to be directly admitted to Kelley. While (I believe) all of the automatic IU scholarships are out of reach, you would still be eligible for both IU general scholarships (see the Scholarships tab on One.IU) and Kelley Direct Admit scholarships, should your petition be accepted.

It’s pretty unlikely that you get a good scholarship at this point. The automatic ones (Dean’s/Provost’s) make up most of the scholarships given by IU and have a November 1 deadline. You also can’t get direct admit scholarships if you get in via petition, but those are extremely hard for anyone to get anyway. On the bright side, you will probably win your petition and be a direct admit if do petition.
