Does Kelley have connections to jobs in the nyc. Usually companies from the the chicago recruit from indiana but what about nyc.

Here's the annual report.

9% of students went New York, so I'm think they have okay connections with NYC.

I was wondering the same thing. I would rather live in NYC for a few years before grad school than Chicago.

Lots of 2007 Kelley finance majors working in NY and Chicago profiled on this site. Other years there too.

The Investment Banking Workshop at Indiana University

if not admited into ib workshop, is it possible to get into ib from kelley

zoolander,

If you look at the IBW site (see above), you'll see that there were 30 people in the program in 2006. That same year, using the info posted by SoCal18 above, there were 887 students looking for full-time employment or to go into grad school. It said 91% of these people received full-time job offers (807) and 6% of these offers were in Investment Banking (48). So this means that 18 students not in the IB program went into Investment Banking. These were most likely Finance majors, Operations/Decision Technology majors or Accounting majors.

It's not a large number of people--but it does show that it is possible for those who try.

Good luck if that's your plan.
