Is Kelley/IU as well represented on Wall Street as counterparts like Penn, Columbia, Northwestern, Georgetown, Dartmouth etc.?

I know as a university, IU does not match up with the ones I named above. But the Kelley in particular, is supposed to be at par(if not above) these schools.

Wall Street is perhaps just one of the stereotypical parameters for measurement of employment. What I want to know if Kelley will be a good investment for a carer in IBanking/Consultancy?

Kelley is very well represented on Wall Street. Kelley has the Investment Banking Workshop, Investment Management Workshop, and Consulting Workshop which helps students get those coveted jobs and internships. I have heard the Consulting Workshop has good placement, the Investment Management Workshop has good placement, and the Investment Banking Workshop has great placement (100% placement!).

On a related note, even a fair amount of Kelley students who are not in any workshops get placed in good jobs (the goal this year is to send ~25 students who are not in the IB/IM Workshops to Wall Street for finance).

How do you get into those workshops?

[The Investment Banking Network at Indiana University: IBA Index](<a href=“The Investment Banking Network at Indiana University”>The Investment Banking Network at Indiana University)

If you look at the IB track members (link on the right) you can look at all the people in the workshop and their resumes. I’ve looked at some of them in the past, and while you need a 3.5 to apply, most have a 3.7-3.8 at least.

Recruiting from program is good, but to try to get into Wall St with out the workshop is very difficult. And the it is highly competitive. Kelley is good b-school all around.
