IU Kelley vs. BC Carroll for student leaning towards International Business with Chinese.
Opinions?

Kelley (Indiana) offers an International Business major, (but only as a second major), however, Carroll (Boston College) doesn’t offer an International Business major at all.

Indiana does have quite a few Area Studies and overseas study opportunities, including ones to China, both in Shanghai and Hong Kong:

Indiana University was ranked as the top foreign language program for French, Italian, and some Central Asian languages, but I do not know how strong they are for Chinese. They do, however, have a East Asian language major.

Boston College offers quite a few language majors, including being very strong in Russian. However, they do not offer a major in Chinese, just a minor–and the closest major they have is in linguistics.

Neither school is your absolute best choice for International Business with a Chinese focus (that would have been South Carolina, NYU, Michigan, or USC). But between the two, I’d say that Indiana would be my preference, but just barely.

Thanks - good input. Still waiting for Michigan!
Indiana would be $20,000 cheaper a year - hard to justify BC.
