Anyone know when Kent financial aid and scholarships come out and how good they are about it?

When I applied to Kent last year, they did not send me my financial aid and merit scholarship information until mid to late March. I hope this helps a bit! @pirlotottiitaly

Thanks! @Penguins75 how good was the package? Any suggestions? I can go but I need financial aid.

I got 25,000 with the normal financial aid and the merit scholarship gave me an added 10,000. @pirlotottiitaly

Did you end up going to Kent? And what did you do to get the merit? @Penguins75

I ended up going to Choate, but if I hadn’t gotten into Choate, I would have definitely gone to Kent. In the letter that they gave me, it says that “…this scholarship recognizes well-rounded students who demonstrate outstanding potential for leadership at Kent,in college and beyond.” Word for word this is what it says. I think that if you are well rounded,that you will get one,but I do not really know. I hope this helps! @pirlotottiitaly

Thanks!! @Penguins75 I do a lot of different things so Have a good chance to get one. I need to get to $35,000 for tuition. I was wait listed at Choate but I love Kent. Thank you for the help!
