<p>I got a rejection letter for this scholarship, but I don't even remember finishing the app. Half way through filling out the application, I noticed the fine print (financial need is considered) and you must go to a state university or something...so I distinctly remember not sending a complete app...weird.</p>

<p>can someone tell me why I got a rejection letter but I never completed the application? i actually just made an account and I couldn't continue because it was after the deadline; however, on the email it said that they reviewed my application. makes me wonder their selection process..uhmmm</p>
