<p>Yeah, I’ve been able to log-on just not relaunch and there’s a message saying that kfc will send it if we can’t but I haven’t finished my application yet! Does anyone who applied last year know what they did for those who weren’t able to log-on? I doubt they’d grant an extension seeing as how there was so much time to do this, but I don’t know. Also when I do relaunch besides saying there’s an error and I should contact technical support, which you CAN"T, it redirects to an ACT registration. I’m really getting frustrated here.</p>

<p>No matter what I do it says no response from application web server so I’ve decided that’s it I only have 9 minutes left anyways. Besides, this was a long shot anyways. I wonder, is there anyone who wasn’t able to apply that thought they might have had a shot? B/c really the only reason it took me so long to sit down and start, was b/c I felt that with an EFC of $22,000 I didn’t have much of a chance. Also get this, my mother just came home from work and said, “I got KFC for dinner!” Even though I’m a little angry I’ll still eat it b/c KFC rocks! Especially those wedges!</p>

Also, to everyone who’s applied to KFC the best buy deadline is coming up so we better get that done beforehand in case the same thing happens with them. I know nothing about computers and servers and such, but KFC is a big corporation shouldn’t they be able to handle a lot of traffic?</p>

<p>the best buy scholarship, pg&e scholarships and ronald mcdonald house charities are all due sometime this month. you’d think that disney would have scholarships. or hollywood in general.</p>

<p>If youre just in the beginning stages of the application, we will not key in all of your responses. The 5 p.m. deadline will not be extended.</p>
<p>If you have submitted your application are you able to view your submitted application online? Is there an email sent saying that your application was submitted? I know it says that they would submit the application for you, but how do you know whether it was submitted? I can’t believe they didn’t extend the deadline an hour or so to make up for their servers crashing. I thought I would have to wait until college for a lesson in procrastination, but looks like I got it early.</p>

<p>so if I didn’t get that email they won’t send it in or what? not that it matters since I don’t know how to fax, and I think my parent’s fax machine is broken.</p>

No wonder people like chik-fil-a better! Although even better than chick-fil-a is wendy’s, in my opinion. However both are good.</p>
<p>DD worked a pretty long time on this but did went back to tally all her hours and to confirm with a teacher today. Spent the last 3.5 hours before the deadline not getting it to launch. Yeah, could have done earlier but not adding a day is not right. There is NO reason to not add a day for the kids that have started but not got to finish due to ACT’s and KFC’s poor server planning. Shameful.</p>
