Sal is a wonderful man, a visionary, and a person who has been part of the solutions. However, he has also been picked to solve a problem that should NOT exist if the College Board would be forced to release EVERY test within a week after its administration instead of relying on poor attempts to protect the IP that only has created the cottage industry of honest tutors and … numerous organizations of thieves and cheats.
As usual, one can expect a US dominant organization to only do the right thing after having exhausted all the alternatives previously. For what it is worth, this does not solely applies to the TCB and its SAT tests as the competing one in Iowa is worse on every single account.
