I have been a member in a certain club since freshman year and I have been active. Last year there werent any elections. The adviser just assigned leadership roles. BUT WOW. This kid who eventually ended up going to Princeton some how became Co-President of the club. Never went to a meeting, never nothing. LOL. I had to laugh at it and wondered what he did.

k thanks for sharing

Title says Yale, you say Princeton.

There is something terribly incongruous about all of this.

we are human..........

HopefulCEO:

I know. I once stapled a major research paper in the wrong corner and lost lots of points for it.

There was a guy at my school who cheated on almost all his tests and got into Mit, harvard, yale

Well it's your responsibility to report him. It reminded me of a girl last year who knew that all her friends had cheated throughout high school and she ended up not getting accepted into the two colleges that most of our students go to each year. You can choose not to report him, but don't regret if he beats you out later. Did he at least have good ACT/SAT scores? Hard to cheat on those.

dunno, he's not in my year, but everybody knows he cheats. chances are, the teachers knew that he cheated too. he was valedictorian with high SATs. I don't know if he actually cheated, or if many people made up false rumors because he was so successful, but his siblings also have a school reputation for cheating.

@RahoulVA what do you mean if he beats me later? He's already at a top institution. (Harvard) ahah. I'm not even a senior yet, so i wouldnt have proof.

I can be referring to anyone in your grade since there are always cheaters in most grades around the nation. Just a little thing(ie telling a teacher before a test that he'll cheat) can give you an edge over someone who's going to be going against you if you're going to apply to a certain university and he is as well. I mean in general you just never know what can happen. Posting some ideas to a question someone asks here could potentially give them good things to put on their application if they're applying to the same university as you, and they can beat you.
