killed my ipod...

gosh this thread sure got off topic.

and i realize that it's my fault i killed my ipod, so all i wanted was whether to buy a new one or repair one.

i'm sorry about the lacking money comment, yes i'll go find a job. i just wanted to know if repairing would be cheap enough.

Justinian,

To be fair though, I had my first iPod die once during regular use. The HD went kaboom.

Or well...

tinyboom.

oh and i'm a she! a girl!

yes

Lies! Girls don't exist on the Internet!

"We all know that all girls on the Netzorz are guys, all guys are guys, and little boys are FBI agents."

Those who produce the i-pod electronics are probably laughing at the consumers. The cost to produce an i-pod is what, $10.00; yet the price tag in the upwards of $300.00. Those who created the i-pods will not receive my business, that is for certain!

Justinian, why do you ignore me?

Market research firm iSuppli has taken apart the new video-enabled fifth-generation iPod and concluded that the 30GB device, which sells for $299, costs Apple $151 to manufacture—a profit margin of around 50%. “This is in line with what we have seen with other iPod products from Apple,” says iSuppli analyst Chris Crotty.

10 dollars? i think not!

I think he meant it cost 10 bucks to put the ipods in boxes.

oh really.

that seems kind of high to put it in boxes, don't you think?

no, nothing is cheap nowadays. the people putting the ipods in the boxes must have demanded pay raises. (By people i mean robots)

oh i suppose. that's interesting.

I think I'm just going to buy a new iPod. But I'll bike to Apple Store next week sometime and check it out.

(by robots you mean third-world children)

oh and it doesn't work
thats hilarious!

oh so you laugh at me.

that's mean, theripcurl.

the ipod works, just not the sound. and most of the screen doesn't show up. i realize how stupid it sounds.

how would it work if the sound doesnt work? isnt that the point of an ipod, to have sound?

ah yes,

but i can still play games on it, in spite of the fact that i cannot see most of it. but it's the thought that counts, yes?

but it's the thought that counts
what thought?

my ipod is quickly dying. it actually completely froze up on me about two days after the warrenty expired. It took hours to get it to work.

Apple programmed your ipod to purposely malfunction immediately after the expiration of your warrant. I think a lawsuit is acceptable.

the thought of playing games. and music. i can pretend to hear music.

hmm. perhaps i don't need a new ipod, after all.

i'm sorry vegan. that sucks.
