<p>I know everyone says Ivies are a reach, so will I be competitive at top-tier (everything but Ivies) colleges once I retaking the ACT and (hopefully) score 32+? Also, will a 25 in the ACT science section conflict with my intended majors?</p>

<p>What do you consider top-teir? There is also a big difference between being competitive and the schools not being a reach. You are a qualified applicant, but many qualified applicants get rejected, making very selective schools always reaches.</p>
