So yesterday I got wait listed for the Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy. On the status page is says Enrollment availability "OPEN" for the two schools I already got into (School of Eng and Arts and Sciences). My question is ... Is it possible for school of eng. or Arts and Sciences to "CLOSE" their availability sometime soon before my decision for pharmacy comes? Also I applied before Dec. 1st does that mean I will receive a decision for Pharmacy before Feb. 28th (priority notification deadline) Thank you!!

same situation here. I was going to make a new post, and saw this one. In my opinion, I don’t think we will get a decision before Feb.28. I think only after Rutgers find out that there aren’t enough students who actually enrolled may 1st, that they are going to accept students on the wait list. But its only my opinion. And do you know if we still be able to live on campus? Because if they accept us after may 1st, can we still apply for housing on campus?

anyway, good luck to both of us.

Waitlisting is a crapshoot, they can accept or deny you off of it as they please. You can wait until it gets closer to the deadline for enrollment, or you can choose another school initially and see if you get off the waitlist. I know some people got waitlisted from SAS and were accepted within a few weeks; I’m not sure about Pharmacy, though.
