Kinda Random...

Does anyone remember what those interactive books were called?
You know the ones where you would read for a couple pages then you would have a couple choices...if you went with choice 1 you had to flip to page 89, or if you went with choice 2 you had to flip to page 56, and then the cycle would just go on an on and on.

I remember those!
I have no idea what they were called...

"choose your own adventure" stories.
those were tight

Choose Your Own Adventure (?) atleast that's what i always knew them as, lol

sounds right.
They were always really stupid but kind of fun.

They were REALLY stupid if you read straight through the book.

lol, yeah. I usually cheated by looking at the choices...

OOH! their the Goosebumps books :)

Ha, the first goosebumps book i ever read was one of those...some weird thing with a bat on the cover...it was legit though

I only read like two goosebumps books... they're different for the choose your own adventure, but I think that they had something like that too.

i read a bunch of korean choose your own adventure books. i would always cheat, though.

there are special goosebumps books by R.L. Stein with the choices. i always cheated, but i always died.

does anyone not cheat?

i never cheated, but i was young and naive when my older stepbrother told me that if i skipped ahead, the bat on the cover would come alive and kill me...

i laugh at the things i used to be afraid of
