Wondering if we could start posting information on when each of us hears from Knox regarding their Early Action decisions. Last year they started a few days after the deadline of Nov 1. Good luck to everyone!

Thanks for starting this thread! DD applied EA and we are anxious to hear. I thought we’d have to wait until the end of the month. Crossing my fingers for both of us.

Ocm2014 - Any word? The waiting is tortuous.

Unless things have changed, the administrative side is kind of slow with this. I wouldn’t even think of hearing until Thanksgiving week. You could call and they might give you an indication but nothing definite and if you’re like my daughter was, that only made it worse for her. It seems like forever but it’s only a blip in time.

First batch of priority applicants going out with answers to be received before Thanksgiving. Assuming mailed today.

Thanks for posting. My DD applied Oct 30 and has been going out to the mailbox anxiously for the last several days. Knox is her top choice. I’ll post when she hears something.

Ok sounds good! Thanks to all for keeping the thread going!

My daughter got her acceptance in the mail today

Congratulations DNDavis38!! Awesome news! I’m crossing my fingers for DD.

Awesome! Where do you live DND? Hoping to get package tomorrow.

We live in Missouri. My daughter is in love with the school but I have to say we are disappointed in the package. Not sure whether it is financially possible or not.

D applied on 9/28 last year and received the package on 11/7.

We are on Illinois near Chicago and had nothing today. Excited for tomorrow.

DND - You can try calling to see if you can get some more $.

Got package today along with Cornell. Both high on list!

If you don’t mind me asking, were they comparable to each other?

Congratulations Ocm2014! We haven’t heard anything yet and she applied mid Oct. Waiting anxiously.

Son received acceptance today with Lincoln scholarship. Really pleased

Hey you guys,

I didn’t receive the physical letter yet, but I found my decision was already posted online.

Happy to say I was accepted into the class of 2018 :)

Both basically cut the cost of attending in half. Very happy considering this is before any grants or other aid.
