<p>As you can assume, I am a korean attending an international school in Seoul. Around 90% of the students go to the states for college...like UC's, UMich, UIUC, Emory, Notre Dame, UW, etc</p>
<p>I always planned to go the states for college..but suddenly as few of my friends are doing...I MIGHT...who knows...go to korean college, and if so, I hope to go to the international program in either Yonsei or Korea University.</p>
<p>What I wanted to ask you guys...if you know at all...what colleges in the states would I have a good chance at considering I attended the top schools in korea and im transferring...and assuming I did well?</p>

<p>With increasing globalization, many leading universities have established overseas ties with reputed educational institutions around the world. </p>
<p>If you are considering transfer to an university in the US, look for universities in Korea that offer study abroad in the US. Look specifically for joint institute or some such collaborative efforts with the US universities which would make it easier to transfer credits for classes taken in Korea. </p>
<p>As always, double check with counselors in charge of transfer admissions at US universities of interest. Admiscion policies and credit transfer from Korean universities may differ among various universities in the US.</p>

<p>Yonsei is the second best Korean university after SNU. They have programs with many US schools, but make sure you check with them carefully.</p>
