Hi i am looking for Community colleges that offer Korean as a foreign language. I have not been able to find a lot of them, I found some in California but i would like to look for more, just so i know my options of where to go. Any state is fine. Right now i am in Iowa and there are no cc's that offer korean as a foreign language. I do plan to transfer to a uni after CC. I am also gonna major in Computer Networking (or things close to that) So any help would be thankful, but please dont send college search links..they go for the major in korean at uni's i just want it as a transfer from a cc to a uni. The official link to the college would be helpful or even the college name. ^^

I know santa monica college (in santa monica ) offers korean courses. SMC is also a great college to transfer into UC’s although I think you would be considered an out of state application.

Yea i’ve looked at that college…the only concern i have is with housing, and where i would live since they do not have dorms. And i would be considered out of state

sorry for double post =_=

Is De Anza a good cc for korean language? Or good college overall?

^ Its the best CCC in the south bay of the Bay Area.

yeah, housing in santa monica is expensive - but community colleges with housing on campus are very few.

What are some good cheap apts in both areas?

Check Craigslist for apartments… Also there’s signs on campus for roommates as well.
