Korean Medical Schools

I am a first-year student at a public school, and my first semester is coming to an end. I am undecided, but I am interested in the sciences. Despite being undecided, I am on the pre-med track.

I am also not an American citizen or a permanent resident. Therefore, I plan to move back to Korea to attend medical school after obtaining my undergraduate degree.

My main question is: What are the differences between applying to American medical schools and applying to Korean medical schools? As of now, I am just trying to complete my pre-reqs. Are there other things Korean medical schools look for?

My understanding is for all non-high school applicants (meaning you aren’t doing direct entry), the requirements are based on the US model. However, I don’t know what they use in place of the MCAT.
