Korean's hands and Gardening

This thread is only for the korean hand and gardening passages... Do not bring up anny sc's

what did you get for the lullaby one? That one confused me…

I wrote that it was like familiar/they knew what was going to happen because in the sentence b4 or after ( I forget), it said that they knew what she would say but it was magical anyway. (lol rhyme)

tender = soft?

yep.
the other choices didnt make sense.
tender b/c they never used them 2 do hard things like the korean mom did

so fanciful stories=wrong right?

**** hahah
and “children will someday rely on their intellects” for doctor phrase right

yea for doctor phrase
yea thats what I think

i put fancifal stories
and i also put familar (i think)

hmm were these two diff questions?

well, if they were different questions, then they may be both right answers.
I thought they were the same- I may be wrong.
Anyways, I’m sure its familiar, tender, rely on their hands for doctor.
I dont know about the fanciful stories question.
Do you remember what it was?

what about…

the reason why they mentioned all of her jobbs?

to show she worked haard for the family?

yea ceo.
that one was pretty straightfoward. lol.

i thought these were pretty straightforward
the korean one was almost all line for line answers
i dont really remember the garden one though…
i had a privacy one which was EHHH okay…

the one about the cows was suicide.

when will cb release expeirmental sections

cows was RIDICULOUS… but…i think this will apply to many ppl here

I had 4 reading sections;1 is experimental
The first two sections were both 24 questions each=48 q’s

Section 6 (the experimental- pair passage about nature/how children never saw cows) had 23 questions. 23!
Last reading section had 19 q’s, also a paired passage

Since a CR portion of the test cannot have more than 67 raw points, and ONE of the paired passage sections had to be experimental, logic tells us that section 6 was experimental b/c 24+24+23 is 71. but 24+24+19 is 67. so the cow thing was experimental

ya it is cause i didnt have it biut i had the other 3 you guys are talking about

anyways

i thought one question was what word best repersents the reaction of the children to the stores
i put that familar

then it asked what does the word “lullaby” best represent
i put fanciful stores

i mighta missed both or else im just confusing questions (i have bad memory)

bob - do u remember any other choices for the lullaby definition?

no unfortunently
but i know fanciful was defiently one of my answers

im not exactly sure about familar might have been

i thought one question was what word best repersents the reaction of the children to the stores

i put that familar

i think 2 of the choices for that q were enthusiasm for new discoveries and delight in a familiar diversion, but i put delight in a familiar diversion (same as u)

AH HA thats right, so there were 2 diff. questions!

yes i do remember that question and i do know i put

delight with a familar diversion (because i remember diversion can mean entertainment lol)

i also remember

what BEST represent lulaby as used in these sentences

for that i put fanicful stories
