<p>As you know, KP does not have a great website nor listserv for parents. (Thank you Colorado parents!) Recently, I spoke to the USMMA alumni assn. and suggested that they do something along those lines for parents - might help them with donations, provide more communication, etc. Development lady was receptive and was going to bring it up to boss and compare notes with other academies. It wouldn't hurt if a couple of you made similar inquires as the squeaky wheel gets the grease! The Alumni site (<a href="http://www.usmmaaa.com/%5B/url%5D">http://www.usmmaaa.com/</a>) and sports site (<a href="http://kpmariners.collegesports.com/%5B/url%5D">http://kpmariners.collegesports.com/</a>) are at least updated regularly.</p>
<p>Alumni and parents can direct their contributions to the academy for a specific purpose. The squeaky wheel does get the grease.</p>
