<p>Bedbugs!!...seems the financial mismanagement at the Academy keeps having unintended consequences. The barracks have not been fumigated in a dog's age..Oliver is surprised that the Parents Club in not demanding flea collars for the midshipmen.</p>
<p>i think the last time i remember hearing that they were going to fumigate was over Christmas break, plebe year (2006). :</p>
