<p>Anyone know what this is, what it does, and how people get in? I'm fairly sure there's an interview process, but is there an application to fill out or are you privatley invited?</p>
<p>Direct Admit Freshman Council comprises of 10-12 freshman with an upperclassman mentor to create events/programs aimed towards direct admit freshman. I was fortunate to be selected as one of the finalists for the interview(about 20-25 selected), but in the end I didn’t get it. There is an application you can fill out once you begin school, they told us about Freshman Council in a Direct Admit Freshman meeting during Welcome Week where we got a few freebies and learned some basics about Kelley.</p>
<p>Frankly, freshman council just did like 3-4 events this entire year I believe and granted a few have been helpful such as a resume workshop and study abroad, but if you don’t get it, don’t worry about it, there’s plenty of other places to shine in KSB and IU.</p>
