I'm only short EE42 for CS but now I probably can't take any CS upperdivs spring. Quite a few people have told me I can declare without all prereqs completed if I have above a 3.5 technical GPA, which I do. I've researched this quite a bit but I can't find a shred of evidence so are these people just deluded or did I miss some website somewhere? Thanks

While an undeclared student has the lowest priority in upper division CS courses, it does look like a number of them are not anywhere close to full for fall 2012, according to the schedule.
