Hi all,

I am a transfer student from a California community college that applied to UCB along with various other schools this past fall.

I was currently filling in the UCB supplemental information for transfer students and came across the portion which allows you to fill in your pre-reqs via L&S or IGETC.

The courses I've taken satisfies both lists, however, If I choose to fill in the L&S, I will have much better grades to show for than if I fill in the IGETC.

My questions are, does it really matter which curriculum I use to fill out the Pre-Reqs, L&S or IGETC? Furthermore, since my grades look better if I fill out the L&S reqs rather than IGETC, should I go ahead and use this approach? Lastly, do the admissions personnel look at these grades on the supplement very closely in relation to the whole transcript?

Please advise any feedback you might have.

Thanks.
