L&s ursa summaries.....

Financial aid summary shows…
3.71
Major: Arabic

No TAP, but have UC Reciprocity (transferring from another UC)

It seems like mostly everyone can see it except for bus econ majors.

Is there anyone who CAN’T see it? because it seems kind of unrealistic how everyone on this forum got in

@jdecker – i can see the same thing on my summary…
where is that “document tracker”?

i cannot see it and I am a sociology major, and it doesn’t seem like everyone can see there are multiple people on here who can’t if you look at other threads.

third link down on the left side of the financial section.

I don’t know why my financial aid status is incomplete.
4.0
IGETC certified
TAP
prereqs . . . I’m actually not too sure because I’ve been focusing on Berkeley prereqs. I think I’m missing one and am in the process of still completing two of my prereqs this semester.
English Lit. major (which always helps with writing good essays)
Weak extra curriculars, no awards, no work experience
Basically I’m sincerely surprised that I can see my financial aid and am hoping and praying I will receive an official admission, as that would make my life.

transferguy: please dont be negative. why unrealistic? well I hope you get to see it today or soon. the more people get admitted the more celebrations there are you know. It shouldn’t be unrealistic. It’s nice that many people would get admitted. good luck

I do see mine…

I was actually thinking the same thing as transferguy. UCLA’s transfer admission rate is what? between 30 and 40%? And I’m definitely not seeing 60% of users posting that they can’t see their financial aid. I think that either only the excited people who CAN see are posting . . . or we’re all jumping the gun.

if you look at the stats of people posting financial aid, many of them have above average stats and/or TAP.

FeeFee, what does your document tracker say?

. . . What in the world is a document tracker?

any biz econ majors able to see fafsa yet?
and anyone know if i need to keep like a 3.75 gpa at my cc if im accepted into that major? i was reading another post somewhere that said so.

its the third item on the financial column of URSA…

It says that my FAFSA was received and completed 4-17-2009. However, my “CITIZENSHIP MISMATCH” was not received. Which makes sense, since I have no idea what they’re talking about.

i can see it.

3.47 phil, no tap

3.76 phil, nothing for me yet :(

if it’s any consolation, cheba, w/o two C’s on my transcript from four years ago, my GPA would be ~3.7. i’ve also taken 8 phil deparment classes, 3/3 prereqs + two or three of the suggested ones (… that list, from which you’re supposed to pick 1). as for my essays, i’m not sure that i’d be satisfied calling them ‘good’, but they were definitely well written with some nice turns of phrase. + i’m coming from a Los Angeles Community College (higher transfer rates).

if most/much of that describes you, i hope you’ll feel reassured.
good luck.

I can see mine as well.
