Labeling supplemental material question

Good day,

I have two questions.

1) Will it be a problem if somebody wrote me an additional recommendation, he wrote my name in the letter, in the first paragraph, and my Common Application ID on the envelope(on both sides), but he didn't write my name, school name, birthday on each pages from the letter because he forgot it.

Will it be lost by admission officers?

2) Will it be a problem if in the envelope with the tax forms and transcript there is an additional paper which includes my name, school name, CA ID with a big font, but I didn't label each paper with my personal information?
Also on the envelope my common application id had been written.

I applied Early to Harvard.
Thank you

Harvard’s fileroom should be able to match your supplemental materials with your Common App id. But you should always try to follow a college’s directiosn:

[Harvard College Admissions § Applying: Supplemental Application Materials](http://www.admissions.college.harvard.edu/apply/application_process/supplements.html)

your legal name, address, high school and date of birth
