I was wondering if going to an LAC or a big university would help you get into law school easier, and how they'd view all B's at a rigorous LAC vs. A's at inflated Harvard or Yale.

The A's at inflated Harvard/Yale, or anywhere else for that matter, will always beat B's, no matter where you get the B's from, even if it's super-rigorous MIT or Caltech.

Yeah GPA and Lsats determine your admission. There are no "extenuating circumstances." You either have the grades to get in or you dont and you choose another school.
