Why am I so tired all the time?? I no longer have the spontaneous or upbeat personality that I use to have.... ?!! People keep saying how I look tired most of the time...

Lack of sleep perhaps?

school and stress can be draining both emotionally and physically. Maybe you're sinking into a depression? If you used to by physically active (excercising a lot), and now aren't.. that could be contributing also.. excercising is as effective as antidepressants.

Something that often happens to me is that I don't eat enough red meat and as a result, I become anemic.

Take a multivitamin for a few weeks and see if it makes a difference -- your body isn't happy when it isn't working well.

That's me!

I spent 6 weeks getting extremely little sleep.

This week I started going to bed earlier and waking up later. After I was like "this isn't working". Over time, I found myself having more and more energy. You can't regain the sleep you lost in one night. You have to keep it consistant.

And girl (I'm assuming you're a girl >__>), Lord knows i needed sleep. Everyday people would be like "What's wrong?" "Are you high?" "You look so tired!" and my hair would be messed up and oowee, girl, I was just a mess. :(

No. You assumed wrong.

For one week, keep a journal of your sleep schedule, stress levels and diet. At the end of the week look over to catch any patterns that may be throwing you off. Don't have a relatively stable bedtime? Could be a problem. No iron? Could be a problem.

If you don't see anything that could indicate a problem you are creating, go see a doctor, and bring the journal. They'd be able to see any habits that are dragging you down, or they can do blood tests for things like mono and anemia.

get exercise
drink more water
take a multivitamin
take energy supplements
sounds clich
