Lacking GPA (3.5) but other factors are strong. What can I do now and what it my outlook?

Emory’s has BME program joined with GTech is ranked 2 in the nation. I think GTech’s solo BME program is not top 5. Also Rice, U Miami, University of Washington, and BU are great options for you.
