knowing that scores are not everything, especially for the LACs which I will be applying to, what sort of chances would I have for the following (factoring in a hopefully well-crafted essay explaining the GPA, acceptable letters of recs and ECs, and ~2200 SAT, taken only once)

Chapman University
Northeastern Uni
Santa Clara Uni
Univ. of the Pacific
Fordham Uni
Occidental College
Syracuse Univ.
Loyola Marymount Univ
Pepperdine Uni
Union College
Univ of Redlands
Drexel Univ.
San Jose State Univ.
Clemson Univ.
Purdue University

of course this isn't finalized and is highly tentative. so far i'm looking for a more liberal-arts oriented education, as i'm going in undecided and would like a few years to decide. however, i do have an interest primarily in Communications/Media & Journalism, with perhaps minors in English/Business and other humanities-oriented majors/fields.

hoping for a smaller to moderate population (around 1,000 to 2,500, although not too large and not unreasonably isolated/small) located in either a dense, urban setting like upbeat New York (not biased towards out-of-state although preferably in my state of california is best) or perhaps a more relaxed, posh and hip suburban setting in California. focus on interaction & direct exchange between student-professor is best with a smaller class size, although i know it's not possible in many universities.

just looking for brutal honesty and if possible please tell me which are immediately out of the questions or aren't suited for my intended programs/desirability. also feel free to suggest that would be suitable.

(if you need more info/stats feel free to ask)
