Most of the best LACs will guarantee to meet full demonstrated need.
However, be warned that those colleges will determine what full demonstrated need means for your family. They may offer you packages that aren’t in touch with your family’s real financial situation.

In line with interesteddad’s recommendation, I point potential neurosci majors toward Haverford and Swarthmore.

I’m a Singaporean currently studying in Pomona. Pomona has a neuroscience program, but is currently undergoing improvements to widen its courses. It has very strong biology and chemistry departments, and will no doubt draw from these departments in ensuring a high quality neuroscience program. In fact, many in my class are declaring neuroscience as their major next sem.

Pomona is trying to attract more Singaporeans. Rumors say that they are going to (or already have) admitted 5 Singaporeans this admission year, and will continually look to attract more Singaporeans to apply. They give very generous financial aid as well. Having said that, unlike Middlebury or Williams, we are not need blind to internationals (we are working to get them to be). But with a good academic and cca record, and as long as you demonstrate deep interest in the school and show your uniqueness, you have a good chance of getting generous FA.

In addition, the other Claremont colleges will also further enhance your science pursuits. For example, Claremont McKenna has their own psychology lab where they study people with mental disabilities. You can cross register for classes in any of the other 4 schools, CMC, Harvey Mudd, Scipps and Pitzer, so you will have a wide range of course offerings and will not feel stifled socially.
