I’m an incoming freshman to Laf that got in ED, so I kind of recently went through this. Hopefully my view helps!
I think you have a pretty good chance. Your SAT scores are better than mine were in most parts, and I didn’t have any SAT IIs, so I bet that helps as well for you. You have a pretty good extracurricular list, and your volunteer work owns the crap out of mine. Your GPA is just fine as well-- people have gotten in with GPAs lower than that.
I think what might hold you back a little is the rigor of your classes. It looks like you have two AP classes and then the rest are regular (correct me if I’m wrong). I took the full IB diploma program of classes, and the first thing they mentioned in my acceptance letter was how they loved the rigor of my classes. Hopefully what you have will impress them just as much!

Good luck though. Do you think you’ll apply ED or regular decision? And is this one of your top schools/where else are you applying?

Sorry, but my opinion is pretty much directly opposite of xnuclearlove’s.

A weighted 3.03 GPA is low for Lafayette. Lafayette uses an UNweighted core GPA, for the class of 2013 the middle 50% of enrolled students had between 3.2 and 3.75.

Your math SAT is good, your writing score is ok, but your SAT reading score is below the mid-range for Lafayette.

That’s not to say you won’t get in, it just means your GPA and reading scores are below the range that Lafayette usually admits.

I wouldn’t worry about “only” taking 2 AP classes Senior year, it looks to me like you’re taking a full load of classes.

You can find statistics for admitted students, and compare your stats to them at:
http://www.lafayette.edu/admissions/2013profile.pdf

I am a former alumni interviewer, but I’ll be the first to tell you that the only people who can REALLY tell you your chances are the people who work in admissions. Otherwise use the link above to see how you compare to Lafayette’s admitted students.

Regardless, good luck in your college search!

Is GPA based on 4 or 5? Based on the statistic of Lafalum’s link, I am pretty sure it’s based on unweighted GPA. I am a incoming freshman as well. My stats are very similar to yours, only with weaker extracurricular and higher GPA. If I were you, I would take more AP classes and maybe work on your SAT a bit more to compensate for your rather low GPA.
