Lafayette Class of 2015

I am an international student and I have applied Lafayette under RD. So, I just posted this new thread so that we can discuss about anything; for those who are applying to Lafayette this year.

Same with me. I am also applying under RD AND I am from Nepal. WHERE R u from and what was your SAT SCORE?

Have you guys(or gals) received any confirmation from Lafayette? They haven’t told me they received my app, and its mid February already…

@Expeliarmus & @Aashishtheaasik
I’m an international too and RD applicant) H5) I am from Moldova. SAT (1890), CR+MATH (1300)
Have you guys applied for finaid?

@Kulix13 I believe that the result will be posted on the 15th of February, somewhere around 4 P.M.

^^@vladic007: hmmm…yes I did applied for financial aid (i must admit, I have asked for HUGE aid!!!)
About the stats, I better limit it within myself. But, it is quite low compared to others. Yes, CR SUCKS!!!

and yes I am an RD applicant; my result would be out in late march. ;)

Yes, i too applied 4 fin aid, really huge.i also got acknowledgement email abt application receiving and it says that RD decision will be in MiD MarCH…
Also, i got my acknowledgement email more them 2 month after submitting application.

All NEPALI would ask for HUGE financial aid…

about acknowledgment letter…i also got only after I had inundated them with enormous emails :D

Eugene Gabay is one hell of a convivial guy!!! :)

@Expeliarmus i’ve asked for a huge aid myself! I really hope I get in with such amount of money asked!
P.S. Eugene Gabay is a really great guy!

I too have asked for huge financial aid…but as Gabay said, the CV and financial aid are supplementary part…they focus on strong academics and far sighted nature of the applicant…and I guess I have a strong academics. BLUSH

Hey Guys!

I was accepted for Early Decision to Lafayette (I even had Eugene on skype, talked to him quite often).
