<p>nopoisonivy - Altho S ultimately did not apply, we visited Lafayette and I definitely did not get the impression of either a "jock" school or a school where everybody has to play sports. As at all schools we visited, I got the impression that the opportunity is there for a variety of club sports/intramurals etc., but not that "everybody" does it. Too bad I'm not a note-taker or I would have noted the % who participate, but it was not so high as to turn off my S, who is a physically fit kid who has dabbled in sports but for whom any pressure to go that direction would have been a definite thumbs down.</p>
