Lafayette, Gettysburg, F&M, or Dickinson??

I need one or two of these schools on my list but they seem so similar I can't decide. What do you think?

I want to major in either international business/econ or biology/biochem/biomedical engineering (I know, two totally different options).
I lean toward the conservative end of the spectrum, want a good on-campus social life, but I'd prefer less of a focus on sororities/frats. I'm not interested in doing sports myself but I think it would be more fun if the school had good sports or was into sports.

Which school(s) do you think I should choose?

Lafayette or Gettysburg would be my choice. I don't believe any of the four schools you listed offer a major in international business, not sure any offer a bio engineering major either. My son just accepted an ED for G'Burg. His very close second choice was Lafayette. Dickenson and F&M are both excellent choices, but we didn't get the personal "this is it" from either of those schools (nothing negative about either, tho', just a personal feel).

I am a little biased here, being a Lafayette alum, but my two choices here would be Lafayette and Dickinson. My D was not interested in Lafayette, but visited the other three over the summer, her top choice was F&M, but I think, all other things being equal, you would have an easier transition from one major to the other should you make that decision at Lafayette or Dickinson. Both have good IM sports options, and even though they all have the frat thing there are social alternatives at both..

F&M was my favorite of the bunch, with Gettysburg a close second... but then again, i ended up at Rutgers :0

I grew up quite close to F&M, and have visited Lafayette & Gettysburg. Based on your major options, I would agree that F&M is a great choice for you. Lancaster is generally conservative, very low key, but has plenty of fun stuff to do around downtown if you look a bit. Overall, I think it would be a good fit (and believe me, I'm not biased for having grown up near it!).
