Landscape Architecture

Just out of curiosity...
I notice that Landscape arch somehow falls under CALS.

A.) Does that mean you can get into that program without submitting a portfolio?
B.) Is Landscape Arch a 4 year program?
C.) Is it anywhere near as time-consuming as normal architecture?

My information might be out of date, but one of my roommates was a LArch major (many years ago).

As far as I know,
a) You do need to submit a portfolio. Here's a link describing the requirements: http://www.landscape.cornell.edu/portfolio.html
b) Yes, it was a regular 4-year bachelor's degree program.
c) No, it wasn't anywhere near as time-consuming as normal architecture. (Being a Cornell program, it was time-consuming enough, but no worse than a lab science major.)
