So far the classes that I am going to take are math 16a, asian studies, and film, which I registered during phase one. I was thinking about taking Chinese class, but does anyone know how difficult it will be. Although I am a Chinese person, I forgot a lot of the words so I am bad at speaking, and I cannot read or write at all. Does anyone think adding Chinese to my schedule is good idea or should I take something a little easier?

For me, Chinese class was fun. I think you're kinda like me.. Chinese but not that great at speaking, reading, or writing. It's by no means an easy A. You'll have to do weekly work, but its not long or hard. If you do your regular studying and work, I think you should be fine, regardless of your initial Chinese skill level. The professors are there to help you learn the language and make it fun for you.

O thanks, I guess one of those CalSo counselor scared me by saying how difficult the class was
