<p>so i was looking at the syracuse site and it said you needed a three year foreign language requirement.....do they really enforce it? because i remember one time i had called the admisson office and she was just like as long as you are taking college level courses you don't have to but i wanna know does it matter like has anyone who got accepted not taken 3 years of a foreign language? thanks alot</p>

<p>Well it wasn't as if they were going to reject a great kid because he didn't take another year of a language. They're reviewing the student as a whole; there's no formula. If you can cover for your weaknesses with more poignant strengths, you're fine.</p>
