I read the placement testing website... and this line confuses me:

"Also, testing in a foreign language studied in high school is compulsory for students who will attend the School of Arts of Sciences in New Brunswick and for certain students who will attend colleges in Camden."

Does this mean I have to take Spanish again even though I took three horrible years of it in high school(sorry for the hate, but it just wasn't a good experience)?

If I'm reading it correctly, I think they want to test you on the language you took in high school. As for undergrad class requirements, look up your major on the Rutgers website and look at the course list.

I did a little more browsing and found that it's not mentioned on this link: School of Arts and Sciences

I'm not sure now as to whether they want to test on it or not.

Also, some of these tests seem a bit useless. I have to take a test on Pre-Calc/algebra, yet I'm taking AP Calc this year...

PS. I couldn't find the course requirements on the website.
