<p>I signed up for Intermediate Latin this year on the registration form yet I didn't get assigned to that class this upcoming fall semester. Does that mean I don't have to take my language placement test until the beginning of spring semester when I end up taking it?</p>
<p>You can take it whenever. I know people who took the placement test the summer before freshman year and didn’t end up taking the class until sophomore year.</p>
