i didn’t take any foreign language in high school and don’t know any that SBU offers placement exams for so do i still take the language placement exam?

But English is my second language so is there any way i can get out of language requirement?

We do offer placement exams – they’re called “challenge exams.” You’ll learn about them at Orientation. If you’re fluent in a second language, then don’t worry about it; we’ll get you through it.
