<p>I’m hoping to take the placement test that will allow me to start intermediate Italian next semester, so I was wondering if anybody has had any experience with the placement exam in a language. I’m just curious about the depth of knowledge required to pass, the general format of the test, etc. so that I can have some idea of what to expect. Thanks!</p>

<p>I am not sure about Italian, but to my best knowledge, all placement tests are meant to be advisory and non-binding. So, if you wanted to take Inter Italian, you may do so, regardless of what the placement test result is.</p>
