When applying to colleges does intro to programming consider to be a language
I have taken 3 years of spanish and I am no a senior I am considering either taking this class or to take spanish again. Which will look better? SInce intro programming is considered a harder level class but spanish shows I stuck with it…??? Also for Penn state to graduate do you need to take a year of language…
Any advice will be appreciated
Technically Penn State only requires 2 years for admission. Hopefully someone familiar with that will come along and let you know whether 3 years would therefore be fine, or if 4 would be better. https://handbook.psu.edu/content/world-language-admission-requirement
Graduation requirements depend on your major.

Are you still aiming for $35k cost of attendance? PSU OOS could be over $10k more than that per year.
