<p>Scenario: I got full language exemption at my current school (think top state school like UNC, UT, UC etc) through a standard level IB language exam. I am looking to transfer to UVA.</p>
<p>However, UVA does not give credits for standard level IB exams and so I would not have any language credit when I apply. However, my school does not offer 101 language classes in the spring so I literally cannot take a language. I'm going to call the UVA office and explain the situation, how how do you guys think this would affect my chances for admission into UVA as an out of state student. </p>
<p>I have a 3.7+ GPA, strong ECs, demonstrated interest in business, will get strong recommendations and 1850ish SAT, but taking SAT's again. Applying for Junior admissions straight into McIntire.</p>
