Language SATIIS: difference between w/ listening & w/o?

Hey all,
I know that the listening tests for foreign languages can only be taken in November - is that too late for any EA/ED schools to get them or can they be rush delivered to them? Also, do colleges view the tests w/ and w/o listening differently? Does one have a better curve than the other? Any advice on this would be great; I'm taking AP French Lang now and we have to do a listening part for the AP test and I'm wondering if the SATII listening would be easier in comparison and therefore worth taking in November. I'm taking three others in May (Math IIC, US History and Chem).

Thanks!

With listening includes, obviously, listening to native speakers and answering questions about them. For most people, reading and writing French is easier than listening. If that's one of your skills, I'd take it. College admissions usually like w/ listening more because it gives a better picture of your abilities.

It's kind of impractical to have it in November, though... why on earth can't the listening be in June when everybody wants it??
