So initally, I was planning to mark Hindi as my target language for the program, but now I am considering French since I am pretty fluent in that as well. However, I did not take the subject test for that....when can I do this so I'll still be in time for the deadline?

Does Penn have their own test for this language as well? How does it work?

hardworker, if you apply for french but dont have a test its fine becuase huntsman doesnt need a test as a prerequisite. if they think you are on the bubble then they will invite you for a subject test not a SAT subject french test but a huntsman subject french test.

okay so basically, subject tests are NOT required correct? Because, since I took the act, i didn’t really take any subject tests. I mean I do have some like math, bio, etc. but no language, cuz frankly, I didn’t consider applying to huntsman until later this year. and now, I realized i missed the nov subject test date. so i wouldn’t be at any disadvantage for not having taken one of the language subject exams right and they’ll just give me one of theirs if I end up making it to that point right?

yes they will give you one of theirs. moreover, if they see that u are capable of doing french bcoz u have done it for the last years they wont even give u test. it has no disadvantage cause there are many languages (eg hindi) which have no SAT tests. so if they do take into account tests it will be unfair.
