language

Ok language sucks for me
I used to have all A's, my first B was in Spanish 2
Then I got my first and only 2 C's in Spanish 3
I hate foreign Languages
I speak vietnamese but despite "already knowing another languages" I can not learn a new one to save my life.
on my application I put down "bilingual"

Is it true that since I am bilingual in a language not offered at USC I can skip the language requirement?

I can speak it fluently but I can not write it I heard if you tell them you are fluent they just take your word for it and let you skip.

I can hold a conversation with another vietnamese speaker but I would fail a formal test.

On the side note, is it true the placement test is online

Listenkid, I can tell you that yes the placement test for Spanish is online, but I don’t know whether Vietnamese is one of the languages that exempts you from the language requirement.

You need to read this:

[The Language Center: Languages: Foreign Language Requirement](http://www.usc.edu/LANG_CTR/languages/flr.html)

then contact them about how you can satisfy the language requirement in vietnamese.
